Beijing Hollysys Motor’s R&D team spent over a year developing a mature, feasible electronic back‑pressure closed‑loop control system. The system uses a lead‑screw motor to drive the cradle, achieving closed‑loop back‑pressure control via back‑pressure and angle sensors for winding various yarn types, enabling low, zero, and variable back‑pressure, precise density control to meet advanced yarn process requirements, especially for low‑density, large‑package, high‑elasticity yarn winding. It also precisely controls the pressure between the yarn tube and roller, and provides automatic cradle lifting, lowering, and shaft locking, enabling further automation upgrades and unmanned or low‑staff operation in textile mills.
