The MS-E series economical servo drives utilize a digital signal processor (DSP) as the core controller, incorporating a newly developed fully digital motor control algorithm. The closed-loop servo control for current, velocity, and position is entirely implemented through software, delivering excellent robustness and self-adaptive capabilities. These drives are compatible with various specifications of servo motors and suitable for application systems requiring rapid response precision speed control and positioning control, such as CNC machine tools, printing machinery, packaging equipment, paper-making machinery, plastic processing machines, textile machines, industrial robots, and automated production lines.

DSP fully digital control enables implementation of multiple motor control algorithms with convenient software updates and upgrades;
Built-in electronic gear control function;
Multiple control modes: Pulse (up to 500 kpps), analog voltage (±10V), digital setting, hybrid mode, etc.;
Command interface auto-adaptation circuit supports six pulse input methods at 3–24V, ensuring flexible and convenient connection with host controllers;
Encoder feedback pulse frequency division output available with division ratio: 1–255;
Keypad and digital tube HMI for parameter adjustment and status information display;
Protection functions: Alarms for overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, stall, position deviation, encoder signal anomalies, etc.;
Built-in braking circuit with optional supplementary external braking resistor for enhanced braking performance.
