The LS series bus-type low-voltage servo drives are a new generation of high-performance, high-reliability products launched by Beijing Hollysys Motor Technology Co., Ltd. in response to special requirements for system voltage and compact space in industries such as logistics warehousing systems, handling systems, sorting systems, and medical equipment. With an operating voltage range of 24-70VDC, these drives offer advantages including compact size, high stability, and convenient networking. They support CAN and Modbus bus protocols, and provide multiple AGV-specific functions: autonomous parking, energy-saving design, and dual-in-one integration.
Autonomous Parking Function:
The autonomous parking system utilizes bus interaction and dynamic braking principles. When a drive reports an error or fault, it notifies other drives while entering dynamic braking mode, forcing the motor to stop urgently to achieve synchronized rapid parking.

Power-Saving Design:
To extend AGV vehicle standby time, the drive incorporates an energy-saving mode design.

Unlimited Lifting:
Based on overload automatic load-reduction technology, the drive automatically detects position limits without requiring external limit switches, enabling precise control of AGV lifting positions.

Voltage Compensation:
During voltage fluctuations, the drive's current loop parameters remain unaffected, ensuring excellent stability and consistency.

Braking Function:
Features electromagnetic braking, dynamic braking, and regenerative braking functions to ensure safe operation during shutdown. The drive includes an integrated brake power supply for direct control of power-off brakes.

In recent years, the company has launched multiple standardized low-voltage servo system models, which are widely applied in mobile robots, warehousing logistics, postal sorting, CNC equipment, medical devices, power inspection, special equipment, cultural entertainment, and other fields.
