     The DS series low-voltage servo system is a new generation high-performance, high-reliability product developed by Beijing Hollysys Motor Technology Co., Ltd. in response to market demands. The DS series drivers operate on low-voltage DC power and utilize Digital Signal Processors (DSP) as the core control unit, offering high-speed data processing capabilities and employing advanced all-digital motor control algorithms to precisely control the position, speed, and torque of permanent magnet synchronous low-voltage servo motors. Supporting multiple control methods including CAN, Modbus bus, pulse, and analog signals, it is widely applied in service robots, inspection robots, logistics industry AGVs, and other mobile equipment fields.

  • The integrated servo hub motor, combining motor and outer wheel design, is a perfect evolution of low-voltage servo motors, retaining the high-precision characteristics of servo motors without requiring a gearbox, making installation extremely convenient. The DS series drivers, designed to match the servo hub motor, enable precise synchronization and seamless coordination between dual wheels while supporting multiple control methods.
  • The DS series dual-in-one driver employs differential control internally. Users need only issue simple "speed" and "direction" commands, allowing the driver to autonomously plan the feed rate for both wheels, achieving precise control over the vehicle's movement trajectory. It is particularly suitable for compact logistics equipment requiring dual-axis operation and precise speed control.

The low-voltage servo hub motor system composed of DS drivers and low-voltage servo hub motors offers the following technical advantages:

1. Outstanding low-speed characteristics with excellent stability, achieving a minimum speed of ±1 RPM

2. Superior noise reduction performance: Compared to traditional brushless + gearbox solutions, this solution offers lower noise levels and better quiet operation

3. Energy-efficient: Featuring servo characteristics, it provides high current-to-torque efficiency, reducing energy consumption

4. Strong acceleration/deceleration capabilities: A key advantage of hub motors, offering high instantaneous peak torque and superior obstacle-crossing ability

5. Temperature sensor: The wheel hub integrates a built-in temperature sensor, enabling real-time monitoring of motor temperature for enhanced protection

6. Comprehensive and reliable CAN bus data packet reception and processing mechanism ensures data integrity and prevents packet loss

7. Standard and complete CANopen protocol compatible with major mainstream PLC manufacturers (Siemens, Schneider, Beckhoff)
