The MD Motion Platform Integrated Controller is an industry-specific integrated product developed by Beijing Hollysys Motor Technology Co., Ltd. in response to urgent market demands in fields such as motion platforms. The unit product forms an integrated multi-degree-of-freedom structure composed of networked servo drivers and communication control cards. It features a compact size, powerful functionality, and flexible networking capabilities. Multiple MD controllers can be easily configured into multi-degree-of-freedom multi-platform structures through Ethernet communication modes, offering advantages such as simple control and wiring, compact size, low cost, clean installation, and high efficiency.

Technical Features

  • Features advanced control algorithms including intelligent regenerative braking, automatic overload reduction, grid voltage compensation, and dynamic braking control;
  • Equipped with an Ethernet interface for communication with host computers or Ethernet switches, offering strong scalability and simple on-site cabling;
  • Includes 6-channel ADC input interfaces for analog connection with host computers, enabling motion control via DAC board card methods;
  • Provides 12 digital outputs, 2 analog outputs, and 8 digital input signal interfaces;
  • Eliminates the need for electronic rulers as position feedback and calibration components, reducing costs and enhancing reliability;
  • Supports fully limitless switch modes in applications, with upper limit positions supporting software-defined limits;
  • Offers convenient and flexible networking capabilities, allowing unit products to achieve desired control functions through integrated, row group, column group, or point group configurations;
  • Features an RS232 interface supporting MODBUS communication protocols; includes a keypad display interface for real-time monitoring and adjustment of motion status parameters; provides status information feedback functionality, allowing operational parameter settings based on specific working conditions.
