A Hybrid (Ball Bearing) Lead Screw Motor utilizes a stepper motor as the rotational power source. Inside the rotor, a threaded precision nut replaces the conventional shaft with a lead screw. When the rotor rotates, linear motion is directly generated through the interaction of the lead screw and precision nut. This unique "stepping" characteristic, combined with the lead screw mechanism, achieves exceptionally precise positioning resolution. The direct conversion of rotational to linear motion within the motor significantly simplifies the design of rotary-to-linear applications, resulting in a more compact and miniaturized structure.
