Closed-Loop Stepper Motor
Closed-loop stepper motors employ fully digital closed-loop control to overcome limitations of traditional stepper motors, including stalling, power inefficiency, poor acceleration/deceleration dynamics, and high-speed instability, thereby expanding application range. They also eliminate challenges associated with servo systems such as complex parameter tuning, vibration at standstill, and high costs, significantly enhancing overall stepper system performance.
Closed-Loop Stepper All-in-One Machine
Closed-loop integrated stepper systems combine hybrid stepper motors, digital space vector drivers, and advanced magnetic position detection technology into a compact, minimally wired design. Based on a 32-bit digital signal processor (DSP) platform, they employ full digital space vector algorithms to dynamically adjust motor current according to load, optimizing energy efficiency and reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI). Supporting pulse control and seamless compatibility with pulse-direction interfaces, select models offer MODBUS_RTU and CANOPEN communication for simplified networked multi-axis control solutions.
